Cancellations & Returns

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel. Refunds will only be given as "Store Credit". Please allow 5 business days to process the order cancellation. 

Returns

Any damaged or defective items must be reported to us immediately after receipt of your order. We can only be responsible for the condition of the merchandise when it arrives. No returns will be allowed on damaged items after they have been transported or put on display for resale by our customers. Returns will only be allowed within 5 days of receiving your order.

All sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return the item within 5 business days of the delivered date. There will be a 20% stocking fee, unless the return is for, but not limited to, defective, broken, or wrong items shipped. 

After receiving and approving your return, we will issue a store credit, that can be used towards a future purchase. We only refund shipping charges, if we made an error on your order.

There will be no returns, refunds or exchanges allowed on any items purchased from our 'Specials, Sale or Clearance' Categories.

All refunds are issued as Store Credit. No Exceptions, less shipping cost.

NOTE:

1. You must request an RA# (Return Authorization) by email ONLY within 5 business days of receipt of package before making a return. To request an RA number please send an e-mail to serenityfly@hotmail.com with your order number along with an image of the damaged/defected item.

Please be sure to include in your email:

(1) Your order number and which item you would like to return. (2) Why you want to return it. (3) If the item is damaged or defective, please provide an image indicating the damage or defect on the item(s). The RA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the copy of your packing slip.

2. Please note: For a return to be accepted for store credit, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.

3. For any returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or delivery refusal, you will be issued a store credit for the amount of the purchase, minus original shipping cost and return shipping cost, as well as a 20% restocking fee.

When returning the items please return by USPS only, (SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURNED ITEMS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY OTHER METHODS) pack all items in one package box and have the following items inside the return box:

Please have all items in the original packaging

Please print out copy of the RA# receipt

Please provide copy of the invoice indicating which items are being returned

Please indicate the reason(s) for return

Please note that shipping fee will not be credited for return items.

All Returns and RA’s are only dealt through e-mail. Phone calls made will not be accounted for as having notified us within 5 days.

The postmark date for the return should not exceed a week from the date the RA, (return authorization number) was issued, otherwise the return shall be considered late, and the authorization will be null, voided.

Returns made without obtaining a RA number will not be processed, or accepted.

Return Label/Call Tags are not provided.
